833 East is a modern 18-story, Class A multi-tenant office tower in downtown Milwaukee’s central business district. As the newest addition to the city’s skyline, this technologically driven, LEED-Gold certified building combines high-end finishes, state-of-the-art technology, premium tenant amenities, lots of natural light, and panoramic views of both Lake Michigan and the downtown skyline. Forms+Surfaces worked with project developer Irgens and the design team at Kahler Slater to select F+S materials and systems that contribute to the vision of creating an elegant design that maximizes today’s architectural and engineering capabilities while anticipating future advancements.
