Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center

Forms+Surfaces created the dazzling lobby centerpiece in the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center-- a custom light fixture designed by John Portman, entitled “Aspiration”. We also provided Elevator Doors in Mirror Stainless Steel with a custom Eco-Etch design.

The overall design of the project so captured the vision for Renaissance, it became the new prototype for their brand. The mayor of Schaumburg, Illinois deemed the project to be “as much a work of art as it is of architecture.”
